Mr. O’Carroll brings 13 years of corporate finance experience to Logan Ventures. His areas of expertise include:

Mr. O’Carroll’s background in corporate finance was honed at KPMG Corporate Finance, where his work covered M&A, Real Estate Financing, PPP, and Project Finance. In 2007 he began working with Shelbourne Development Group as Vice President of International Investment, where his responsibilities include sourcing financing, investment evaluation, transaction structuring, and the on-going investment management of real estate and other assets. Prior to his association with Shelbourne Mr. O’Carroll worked as an asset manager for Avoca Capital, a European debt fund.
